Metric keeps tracking up

221.9% 335.9K. Some stocks popped. Retirement is down a bit, but still over 1 mil. Total debt is currently at 275.5K, with the majority in the mortgage column at 243.6K.

Still have those vacation + home repair costs coming here pretty soon. I suppose it will all be good. Still no plan to finish the mortgage payoff until it below 200K in June 2023 (23 months)
